Terms of service

PenguinPilot provides website rebuilding and hosting, social media scheduling, video production tools and a CRM, sold on a subscription basis.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not use the service to host illegal content, send unsolicited bulk communication, or attempt to disrupt the platform. See our acceptable use policy for the full list.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your sites and data remain accessible for export for 30 days after cancellation.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
