Acceptable use policy

Illegal content, malware, phishing, hate speech, harassment, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

Email and SMS sent through the CRM or Wingman must comply with UK PECR/GDPR marketing rules and equivalent rules in the recipient's country: consent or a legitimate existing relationship, a working unsubscribe, and accurate sender identification.

AI build credits, generated video and cloned voices may not be used to impersonate someone without their consent or to create misleading content.

No attempting to breach, scan or overload the platform's infrastructure, or access another customer's account or data.

Partners reselling under their own brand are responsible for their clients' compliance with this policy. We may suspend a site or account that breaches it, with notice where practical.
