Partner terms

You charge your clients directly through your own connected Stripe account. We charge you a wholesale application fee. We are not a party to the contract between you and your client.

You set your own retail prices on every resellable product. There is no minimum retail price and no exclusivity or territory restriction.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your own branding, terms and privacy policy shown to your clients. We provide a neutral fallback identity if yours isn't configured.

Your clients are your clients. We won't contact them directly to sell PenguinPilot products, and won't approach them if you leave the programme.

You're responsible for your clients' compliance with our acceptable use policy, and for any outbound prospecting you run through Wingman complying with local marketing law.

Either of us can end the partner relationship at any time. Client sites keep running while subscriptions are active; there's a documented account-transfer process.
